 I am just about finished with my editing. As of right now I am not completely sure if I should include credits or not. Credits meaning who did what. I figured it was self explanatory that I did everything because I decided to work alone. In all honesty my cousin gave me a grand helping hand when she pulled through with taking time out of her day to help me record. My cousin is very brilliant, she introduced ideas that would have never crossed my mind. I am truly grateful to have someone like her by my side. I returned to iMovie with no shame. My friend Sonali told me that she edited everything on iMovie. I then discovered my fault from my commercial video. I tried to make a trailer instead of a normal video. That is the only reasonable and explainable response. I gave it a go again and what do you know I was amazed. The video was extremely better than I expected. The quality was *chef's kiss*. Everything that was not superb in the last video was superb in this one. I truly am a wo

 My cousin came over today. Remember today is the day she said she would come. She kept her word by coming. Honestly I was scared. I thought she completely forgot about me. I called her to double check with her. She said she was on her way so I got dressed in the same outfit. It is professional to wear the same outfit everytime you film a scene. It appears like the filming was done on the same day. Even if I filmed two different days, a lot of people would not realize. I had accessories in my hair on both days but the original ring hair clips either broke or fell off. In the scenes I redid on the second day of filming there are less ring hair clips and they are not placed in the same place. It is not hard to spot the difference but it is not the most obvious thing. When she arrived we ate some food then we got to work. Everything up until inside the store was filmed the wrong way. We started filming horizontally this time in the kitchen and then went out to my front yard. There we film

 Today is the day my cousin and I filmed my video. I was afraid I would do a terrible job in reality it was not all terrible. My cousin arrived at my house around one pm. She was scheduled to start work at five thirty so we had to start as soon as possible. When she got here we got some food into our systems. After we were energized we were ready to tackle the day. We tried to make the video seem as realistic as possible. I was originally going to include a scene where I am opening the refrigerator doors to grab a water bottle. After thinking on it thoroughly I realized I would not be able to juggle these things while jamming to the beat of the song.We started filming in my kitchen, we took about four takes before getting the one that screamed perfect. We moved to the hallway leading out my front door. In this scene I skipped to the door then skipped to outside. There I got inside the call started it and pulled into the nearest thrift store.  I cannot film today. This is very stressful. My hair is nowhere near done. I have started but I have not gotten a chance to finish it. I was running around town completing errands with my mom. Today is Thanksgiving after all. I guess I expected to do things besides the fact it was a holiday. I am a female who cares about her appearance a lot so I do not feel comfortable going certain places looking tacky. I need to make sure I look good all the time no matter what. Even if I do not feel photogenic I have to appear photo-ready. Last night I  bought locs from the hairstore. I soon realized that my hair was too thick to get the style that I wanted. I called the store and asked them if they were open for tomorrow. They said yes, earlier today I drove to the hairstore to return the hair. When I went back home my mother had a list of things for us to do. We completed the tasks and then returned home. I started my hair and then I had to stop. My mom called me to eat so I ate and then tried t

Thrift Shop  Props: I decided to create a music video. The song I am choosing is thrift shop. In the video I will be sure to give credits to the songwriter. Another prop I would like to use is my cousin's car. I want my opening scene to be me pulling into a parking lot. Costumes: I am planning to wear something in the 90's wardrobe. I plan on wearing something with pockets. So an overall sounds like a great idea to me. The genre of the sound I am doing my music video to is hip hop/rap. The costumes for hip hop includes either little to nothing clothing or back in the days... decades ago styled peices of clothing.   The song I chose was 'Thrift Shop' by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis. I chose this song because it allows me to get the feeling of nostalgia. Whenever I hear this song I want to jump up and freestyle while singing my heart out. The genre this song falls into is hip-hop/rap. After researching I found that songs in the hip-hop/rap genre normally last anywhere from three to five minutes. The music video of thrift shop lasts for three minutes and fifty two seconds. Artists in the genre hip-hop/rap are usually dressed in stylish pieces of clothing. Target audiences are usually teens as well as young adults. Vibrant lighting can be found in music videos of this area. Positive vibes can be picked up through the bold and bright colors. The lyrics are normally based off of personal experiences. It fits the theme of happiness and activeness with the use of a catchy chorus. This keeps the audience on their toes. The beats are actively speaking to the listeners. The beats are very dance-orien

 I decided to work on my own. Recently I took a test where I learned that I prefer to work alone. The test results did not really shock me. They would have been odd if I had found that I work better in groups of people. I find group work fascinating but not my cup of tea. Working with a group is stressful to me. I would normally have to worry about what others have not completed. I would have to pick up where they were slacking. I would find this frustrating because I did not sign up for the portion of that project and that would throw me offtrack. This would make me anxious. Not knowing if my project was prepared would have me on the hot seat. In the past I have had backup plans in case someone did not do their part. The backup plans always came through, however when working with someone you should be able to trust that they will finish their work on time. I understand that now but I want to take the route with less stress. In my eyes that would be doing the project by myself. I would

 Welcome back to my life. I am still Tara Fenelon. I am still a Junior attending Fort Lauderdale High School. I am still sixteen but soon turning seventeen in December. My favorite holiday is still Christmas. My middle name is Noella. My mom named me that because the French word for Christmas is Noel. I am not named after anyone, my mom just loved the name. I have three siblings. I am the youngest of my siblings. I grew up in Fort Lauderdale, a small city in Broward County. I plan on going to college. Possible options are Miami college and Broward college. I don't remember much from my early life. My friends love how intelligent I am. They are super sweet and they make it their goal to remind me that I am not forgotten. The purpose of my life is to help others succeed. I plan on becoming an oncologist when growing up. Staying on top of my education would allow me to do that. Going to college and then med school with high grades is recommended. Some however, takes different routes.
