Planning for my Music Video

Thrift Shop

 Props: I decided to create a music video. The song I am choosing is thrift shop. In the video I will be sure to give credits to the songwriter. Another prop I would like to use is my cousin's car. I want my opening scene to be me pulling into a parking lot.

Costumes: I am planning to wear something in the 90's wardrobe. I plan on wearing something with pockets. So an overall sounds like a great idea to me. The genre of the sound I am doing my music video to is hip hop/rap. The costumes for hip hop includes either little to nothing clothing or back in the days... decades ago styled peices of clothing.

Schedule: I want to finish everything before midterms

11/18/21-Start my storyboard comic pages.

11/19/21-Finish up my storyboard and post it to the blog page.

11/26/21-Film day one of my music video

11/27/21-Look over to see what scenes I need to recreate and add that to my notes. Film day two of my music video.

11/29/21- I want to draft my first filming blog on this day

11/30/21- I want to draft my first editing blog on this day

12/1/21-I want to write my second editing blog

12/2/21-I plan to make this blog about my sound portion 

Location List: My set location begins in my cousins car to right outside of the car to inside the thrift shop. I am planning to use a thrift shop called Poverello near my house.

Backup Plan: There is a chance where I will be denied access to filming inside this store. If they tell me I cannot record inside their store I plan on filming at either the goodwill in Oakland Park or the goodwill in Boca Raton.

Title Design Research: (Thriller) 30 Days of Night

  1.      How many titles are displayed during the opening sequences to the film? Which ones? I counted fourteen titles this time around. I am starting to feel unsure as to am I counting the titles correctly. When I read the requirements for question one I thought the answers would be around 3-4. Lately I have been getting ten and over. I am a bit worried that I am counting extra credits. The credits I saw in the opening film were screenplay, screen story, produced by, executive producers, director of photography, production designer, editors, actors, music by, co-producer, casting, visual effects supervisors, production company, and unit production managers. We're almost there

   Hello everyone! It has been a while since I have come around this block to update you guys on what is going on. Lately I have researching different ways I can improve my final task. I can recall what felt like yesterday choosing between two fantastic pitches. One pitch was about an escaped robber hidden amongst teenagers hanging out at a local mall. The other pitch was about a tragedy is reported by a girl in her diary and how drama unfolds. Despite my efforts to go with the first one I had to go with the second. As a high school student, with no source of income I was unable to fund my activities or any projects that may have come my way. Of course I would be able to buy a camera that is necessary because the camera would last me nearly a lifetime. As well as it would be a one time purchase instead of continuous payments.
