Group Blog to Final task

There are so many things to put into consideration when collaborating with someone comes up. The idea of putting two heads or more together to create an environment that is both productive and empowering is brilliant. Nonetheless, people like me suffer when trying to arrange myself into a group with others. I prefer to look upon myself as a woman of bravery and leadership. When I think of me I envision a lady that is unstoppable as well as creative. My mind alone can create countless ways to solve problems and handle them with care. There is nothing wrong with working with a neighbor or anyone for that matter, I just find it challenging. To start with, working with someone would entail letting them know my every move. I do not appreciate being micromanaged or monitored when I am doing something I feel is the best way to get it done. I was born to lead, I have the natural calling for it. Whenever I am pushed into a position where groups are necessary my peers always choose me to lead them into a fortress of success. On top of not being my preference, it is dangerous to work with other people in times like today. Together a group can evenly split the workload, getting it done and out of the way. Alone would be nearly a nightmare. All that workload and such affects work-driven people in one way or another. Working with someone would call for trusting them to do their half of the work. Trusting is something that I do not do easily so I would like to take my chances and take charge of my fate instead of letting someone do that for me. Safety is my number one priority. With all that is going on in the world, the last thing that I would like anyone to do is get injured on my watch. I lower the chances of injuries of site by taking precautions and making sure that I am not putting anyone's life in danger.
